Winter is closer. Is the time of the year I like most to get dressed. It has many more possibilities and you can use more complements. What I like most are the scarves, because you can give the fun touch to your outfit if you choose one that has a bright color or an original print. In this case, I have chosen this one. Is from the last season of Benetton. They made a special edition which had only a few per store. The truth is that it's very warm and you can wear it in several ways. I love it.

El invierno cada vez está más cerca. Es la época del año que más me gusta para vestir ya que tienes muchas más posibilidades y puedes utilizar muchos más complementos. Lo que más me gustan son las bufandas, ya que puedes hacer que le den el toque divertido a tu conjunto si escoges alguna que tenga un color llamativo o estampado original. En este caso, he escogido esta que es de la temporada pasada de la marca Benetton. Es de una edición especial que hicieron, que solo habían unas pocas por tienda. La verdad es que es muy caliente y puedes ponertela de varias formas. Me encanta.

The forthcoming Matthew Williamson book covers the designers work, life and achievements in a definitive volume.You can find it in all the Book Stores.

Mathew Williamson exposure is divided into two rooms with 60 photographs and images that collect many of the moments in the life of the designer.We can also find quotes of great people in the fashion industry as Anna Wintour, Alexandra Shulman and Lucy Yeomans. Pictures of backstage,catwalks, creative desings, some personal pics... The exposure takes place at The Somerest House in London for 3 monts. If you have the pleasure go and enjoy it.

OMG, what I have to do?

I'm so tired and don't want to study. I have all my exams next week and I promise I'm really trying to sit down, take my notes and start, but is being impossible. Instead of that I'm making pics with my new mac pro. It's quite funny this program. When I was making the pics I was thinking what I have to do next year. It's all so complicated. I only have 9 subjects left to do this year and I finally finish my two careers. I want to go abroad, maybe to London. I've never been there but I have friends that, right now, are studying there and they're really happy. I want to do a kind of course there, before doing my master while I improve my english. Maybe I'll go to the Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design. I don't know which course I want to do, but It has to be related to fashion. It's something that I know since I was kid as I said the previous post. The thing is that I'm quite scared about that because is a really difficult world, so thats why I don't know if I'm going to do it or not. I have this year to think about it.

Who I am?

I'm new in the world of blogs so I've decided that the better way so you can know me is making a short description about myself and explain the things that I like and what do I expect for the future, my future.

My name is José Miguel Moragues Tallada, but everyone calls me Josemi. I'm 22 years old and I'm from Palma de Mallorca. I'm always happy and I really like being with my friends and family, doing whatever. Five years ago I came to madrid to study Advertising, Public Relations and Research and Market Tecniques. I'm living with my sister and two friends in a quite big flat and I'm really happy. Last year I finished Adverstising and Public Relations and this year I'm finishing the other carreer. Since I was kid I love fashion and I really like to do something, like a master or a course. Next year I hope I'll go to London so I can improve my english. After that maybe I'll go to Italy, Germany or France to do my master so I can also learn a new language.

Jon Kortajarena, Andres Velencoso Segura & Oriol Elcacho for XL Semanal.

               

Spain’s leading models are reunited once more for the recent cover of XL Semanal: Andres Velencoso, Oriol Elcacho and Jon Kortajarena are our three most important models that we have in Spain.  

 

Jon Kortajarena is one of my favorite models. No only because his spanish also because he has become one of the most important and well-known model around the world. He had his first professional experience in Madrid Fashion Week. Since that he went to Paris and started working for Emporio Armani and John Galliano in Milan and Paris shows. Then quickly he walked for Bottega Veneta, Dolce&Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Giorgio Armani, John Galliano, Chanel... He was choosen  also for Guess and Tom Ford campaings. For this last one designer he repeat a few and also appeared in his great film with important actors, like Collin Firth and Julianne Moore, called "A Single Man". He was featured on the cover of the spring/summer issue of L'Officiel Hommes magazine. They dedicated him 200 pages. He also has won lots of awards like: Marie Claire (Spanish Model of the Year), GQ Magazine Germany`s Model of the Year, Zoom Tendencias Tras la 2, Abanico Awards, Best Model of the Year, L´Oreal Best Male Model S/S 09, Glamour Magazine Awards, Most Beautiful Face, GQ Magazine, Man of the Year.


Last year I worked for a spanish fashion designer called "Jesús del Pozo". He designs woman clothes and also has well-known perfums. I helped to organize his showroom and also his show at Cibeles Fashion Week. There I had de oppotunity to met Jon Kortajarena.

Moët&Chandon PARTY

This Friday I had the opportunity to attend the Moët & Chandon party taking place at the ME Hotel in Madrid. It was a very pleasant evening surrounded by my friends and good music. For this occasion I decided to wear dark gray slim-fit trousers, a white shirt, a bordeaux blazer and moccasins with the same tone. It was a cold day so I put a printed green and crude scarf. We arrived there about 12:00 at night just a bit before It started the stronger part of the party. We had the opportunity to be in the booth with several bottles of Moët at our disposal. In short, a great party with:

Luxury, style and good champagne. 

Este viernes tuve la oportunidad de poder asistir a la fiesta de Moët&Chandon que tenía lugar en el hotel ME en Madrid. Fue una noche muy agradable rodeado de mis amigos y muy buena música. Para esta ocasión decidí ponerme un pantalón de vestir gris oscuro de corte pitillo, una camisa blanca, una americana de color burdeos con mocasines del mismo tono y como hacía algo de frío me puse un fular estampado de color crudo y verde. Llegamos ahí sobre las 12:00 de la noche justo un poco antes de que empezase la parte fuerte de la fiesta. Tuvimos la oportunidad de estar en el reservado con varias botellas de Moët a nuestra disposición. En definitiva, una gran velada acompañada de lujo, estilo y un buen champagne.
